For the past week I have heard a constant loud chattering of a young bird and seen one, if not two, wrens frantically trying to attend. The chattering is not confined to the same place and I'm wondering if it's a baby cuckoo they are trying to feed - is this a likely explanation? Dunnocks are amber listed, Meadow Pipits likewise, once common warbler species such as Reed Warblers are equally on the decline. With rising numbers of predatory species, the imbalance will only continue.naturestimelinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05434304803170323008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7874353348277418815.post-8112207856409181592016-08-17T12:54:19.669+01:002016-08-17T12:54:19.669+01:00Very interesting, i took photos of a wren feeding ...Very interesting, i took photos of a wren feeding a cuckoo at Lakenheath a few years ago.Lindosbayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13835850864084820413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7874353348277418815.post-25987815127190123792016-08-09T09:34:34.132+01:002016-08-09T09:34:34.132+01:00Very interesting, nature is amazing!Very interesting, nature is amazing!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03311656279109746097noreply@blogger.com
